Services

Adan Galvan Construction Company provides general contracting, carpentry and framing, deck and porch construction, fencing, roofing, flooring and tile remodeling, and basement remodeling services as described on this website and in your individual quote. Scope of work for each project is confirmed in writing before work begins. Adan Galvan Construction Company does not offer emergency or same-day service.

Scheduling

Project start dates are scheduled as agreed at the time of your quote. Weather delays may shift your project timeline; we'll notify you as soon as a change is needed.

Payment

Project-based work requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Scheduled projects can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.

Property access

Please let us know in advance about any utilities, permits, or fragile features on your property that could affect the work.
